How Curiella Works

Finding & Buying Products

Curiella helps you discover products from hundreds of independent retailers and boutiques in one place. For retailer products, you go directly to the retailer's website to complete your purchase.

The retailer handles the sale, payment, shipping, and returns for its own products; its policies apply to those purchases. Curiella goods are clearly marked as sold by Curiella and use Curiella checkout, support, and returns policies.

Curiella Shop Orders

For goods in the Curiella Shop, Curiella is the seller of record. Stripe processes card payments for us. Printify is our production and fulfilment partner and makes and ships the goods. Curiella handles customer support, shipping questions, returns, replacements, and refunds.

A production or payment partner does not replace Curiella as your seller. Our Shipping policy and Returns & Refunds policy apply to Curiella Shop orders.

Current Monetization & Merchant Feeds

Affiliate monetization is currently disabled. Curiella does not earn a commission from links in the separate retailer-discovery catalogue. Those links take you to the named retailer, where that retailer handles the purchase under its own policies.

Our Google Merchant Center and Pinterest merchant feeds exclusively contain Curiella-owned products sold directly through Curiella checkout. Retailer-discovery products are not included in those merchant feeds.

The unmonetized discovery catalogue remains separate from the Curiella Shop. Curiella does not use a browser extension, open background affiliate tabs, trigger attribution when you dismiss an interface, or passively refresh affiliate tracking cookies.

Editorial Independence

Our product recommendations are generated by AI algorithms that prioritize relevance, quality, and your personal preferences. No retailer can pay to change what appears in your feed, search results, or chat recommendations.

Specifically:

• Products are never ranked higher in exchange for payment or any commercial relationship.
• Our AI recommendation engine treats every retailer's products identically.
• We surface products from over 1,000 retailers, chosen for taste and quality.
• Sale alerts and price-drop notifications are based solely on actual price changes, not promotional relationships.
