Who we are

Curiella is a retail brand operated by VaultAI LLC. These Terms apply to curiella.com and the services offered under the Curiella brand. You can contact us at hello@curiella.com.

Curiella Shop orders

Curiella is the seller of record when you buy a product from the Curiella Shop. Printify is our production and fulfilment partner and may manufacture and ship the product. Curiella remains responsible for customer support, shipping questions, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Product descriptions, images, available variants, and prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Because goods are made to order, availability can change. We may decline or cancel an order if a product or variant is unavailable, the payment cannot be processed, the order appears fraudulent, or a material pricing or listing error occurred. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Curiella Shop prices are shown in US dollars. Any shipping charge or tax that applies to an order is shown before you submit payment. Stripe processes card payments for Curiella. Curiella does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the order and delivery information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

The destinations we serve, current shipping charge, production timing, delivery estimate, and information about address changes are in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by production, carriers, holidays, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return window, item condition requirements, return-postage responsibility, damaged or incorrect order process, exceptions, and refund timing. That policy forms part of these Terms for Curiella Shop orders.

Retailer-discovery catalogue

Products in the separate retailer-discovery catalogue are sold by the named third-party retailer, not by Curiella. You leave Curiella to complete that purchase, and the retailer's payment, shipping, return, privacy, and other terms apply. Affiliate monetization is currently disabled, so Curiella does not earn commissions from those retailer links. If affiliate monetization is enabled in the future, Curiella may earn a commission only after an intentional outbound retailer click, and that change will be clearly disclosed in How Curiella Works.

Using Curiella

You agree not to:

• Use Curiella for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site
• Use automated means to overload, scrape, or access the service where prohibited
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority
• Copy or use Curiella content or branding in a way that violates applicable rights

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Curiella, our partners, or the service.

Content and service availability

Curiella and its original text, branding, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Retailer names, product images, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We work to keep product, price, availability, and retailer information accurate, but retailer-discovery information can change after it is collected. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and questions
